PDO THREAD LIFT

PDO Thread lift is a cosmetic procedure that offers a minimally invasive alternative to facelift surgery. The thread lift uses advanced micro-suspension technology to rejuvenate mid-face while stimulating the collagen and fibrin volume in your skin, and gradually renewing the body’s natural collagen for a visibly more youthful appearance. A PDO thread facelift is designed to subtly lift the facial features to reduce fine lines and wrinkles while encouraging collagen production for volume in the treated area. The Non-Surgical Thread Lift or a thread facelift is an effective way to lift loose skin without the need for surgery.

PDO threads are extremely versatile and can treat pretty much any area of the face, such as the cheeks, jowls, neck, eyebrows, jawline, areas under the eyes and around the nose, crow’s feet, and marionette lines. They can be used almost anywhere we use filler, but instead of a filling, they lift the skin. A thread lift is a procedure that uses a dissolvable suture to tighten and lift your skin. It's a less invasive procedure than facelift surgery and can often be performed in under 45 minutes without needing to go under a scalpel.

The Non-Surgical Thread Lift is a procedure in which threads are inserted just below the surface of the skin to lift aging skin creating a youthful appearance. A Non-Surgical Thread Lift stimulates the natural production of collagen, elastin, and binding tissue. The natural production of these regenerative elements allows your body to maintain the results of your Non-Surgical Thread Lift.

The results of a youthful appearance from a Non-Surgical Thread Lift are seen immediately by lifting sagging, aging skin in the mid-face area and gradually restoring volume and repositioning skin by stimulating new collagen production.  The cosmetic rejuvenation procedure takes only 45 minutes and requires minimal downtime for a more youthful appearance that continues to improve over time and lasts up to 2 years.

A Non-Surgical Thread Lift is an ideal solution for those looking for a quick, minimally invasive option to restore their mid-face youthful lift and volume.

What makes PDO Threads different?
PDO threads are one of three types of sutures commonly used in thread lift procedures. The other two types are made from polylactic acid (PLA) and polycaprolactone (PCA).

PDO threads have been around the longest of the three and have been used in surgeries since the 1980s. They’re made from a colourless polyester that breaks down in your body after about 6 months.

The presence of these sutures in your skin triggers cells in your body called fibroblasts to produce more collagen. Collagen is the protein that gives your skin its structure and elasticity. Loss of collagen is one of the main causes of aging skin.
